A) did anyone become a fan of AFI because of davey's hair? no? we became fans because of their amazing music, right? just checking.
B) I had low expectations when I first clicked on this video because of everyone's comments about davey's voice. but to me, his voice honestly sounds perfect here... he nails every note, including the high notes at the end. as men get older, their voices sometimes do get deeper. but it sounds to me like davey still has his range. in short... AFI still kicks ass.

These guys are in their 30s, have been doing this for 20 years, and still have the best showmanship of any band. Just go to any of their shows and you'll know exactly what I mean. They sound and look incredible. If you're lucky enough to get them in a smaller venue, the crowd interaction is unreal. They become one with the crowd, just like at an old school punk show. And I think it'd be hard for anyone who does 5 high kicks a song to hit every note completely right with like CD quality clarity.

@idontsurf999 You're describing AFI 8 years ago, AFI's live show has decreased a lot now, go check my older videos. Davey now uses a mic stang for 8 songs now and doesn't move anymore. Those kicks you talk about do not happen anymore.
