@Iamsoooooocrazy I don't think It was the betrayal that pissed off Lex If you asked me it was the straight up lie that Rob said and the trying to make Lex look like the bad guy when he said "What I said was if you protect her I'll try to protect you".
He didn't say that he said "If you protect her I'll protect you". Rob thought he was being a good guy by telling Lex he was going but by trying to make Lex look like the lair which Rob knew was not true that pushed Lex over the edge in my view.
@revinevan87 Yeah, I don't particularly like Rob either; he could have easily voted off Shii Ann and kept the deal with Lex, but for all his backstabbing, Amber deserved the win more than he did.
I still don't think that the deal between Rob/Lex is any different than any other deals, though. The only reason it came to be this whole "friendship" thing is because Lex made it out to be. When Rob made the deal with Lex originally, he said nothing about friendship.
@Iamsoooooocrazy Rob approached Lex to save Amber as a friend. Lex had to break a deal either way, either with Rob or Jerri. I'm not a fan of Lex, in fact I think he was pretty stupid. I don't want anyone to think Lex is so great I just hate people glorifying Rob who's not exactly a saint either. If you get my point but you still like Rob more than Lex, fine. Lex said that he did that as a favor to a friend, Rob was the one talking about putting their friendship on the line.
@revinevan87 Rob didn't mention "their friendship" when he made the deal with Lex; only Lex brought that up later. When Lex votes his friends off, it's just game, but when Lex gets voted off, it's an attack on their friendship.
Lex had no problem lying and breaking promises to get ahead. He broke his deal with Jerri, didn't he?
@Iamsoooooocrazy why is it so hard for people to understand the difference. Lex never made any sort of deals with Colby. Rob made a deal with Lex bring their friendship into it.

"This game has absolutely nothing to do with friendship..."
UGH, Lex. I'm fine with that philosophy, but as soon as Lex was betrayed by a friend, then his own words stopped applying.
If backstabbing friends is part of the game (which it is), don't be a sourpuss when a friend backstabs you!
