the battle robot was defeated by 2 planes, what chance do they have against dangaurd? also the robot hit the plane with its laser in the canyon yet nothing happened, what's the point ? also why did they even make a robot that could open its mouth exposing a major weakness? why does the robot need to have a mouth that opens? does it eat? nothing make sense here......

[then again, this cartoon stole a lot from Space Battleship Yamato: "epic space journey to save mankind" , "both protagonists are drawn the same" , "both doctors are drawn the same"]

This is so much better than the chopped-to-hell American version! But if it hadn't been chopped, we never would've seen this in the States in the seventies. Check out my Getter Robo playlist if you like.
