Michael Jackson (1958-2009) - "This Is It" concert tour cancelled. The tour was due to start in London-UK from 13 July 2009 and end on 06 March 2010, but cancelled when MJJ passed away on Wednesday 25 June 2009 in Los Angeles. This is a promotional video clip of the fifty-day series of MJJ sold out concert tour. The shows were to be his first major series of concerts since the "HIStory" World Tour end in October 1997. This promotional advert, which cost one million sterling pounds to air on ITV (Virgin Media), was viewed by 11 million people in the UK on Sunday 8th March 2009. Each of the shows would have been performed at The "O2" arena in London, UK which has a capacity of 23,000 — therefore a total of 1,150,000 people would have attended. This tour was estimated generate over one billion sterling pounds for the economy. The tour organiser, AEG Live UK, recorded final dress rehearsal that may be released "as a 'live' album and DVD.

Some one billion people around the world watched MJJ's memorial service televised live on Tuesday 07 July 2009 from Staples Center in LA, California. At the end of the memorial MJJ's 11-year old young daughter, Paris Katherine Jackson, paid the most touching, moving and emotional tribute to her father. MJJ's 1996-1997 "HIStory World Tour," was one of the most important musical events. MJ's "HIStory" tour was the third and, as it turned out, the final world concert tour by Michael Jackson as a solo artist, covering Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia and Hawaii. The tour started 07 September 1996 in Prague and ended on 15 October 1997 in Durban. It grossed a total of over US $163 million; 82 concerts attended by 4,500,000 fans.

Referred to as the "King of Pop," and "The greatest entertainers in the world," published five solo studio albums. They are among the best-selling in the world: "Off the Wall" (1979); "Thriller" (1982); "Bad" (1987); "Dangerous" (1991); "HIStory" (1995). Jackson had planned a comeback with "This Is It" concert tour that was scheduled to start from mid-July 2009 in London-UK. Jackson died just 18 days before the first due date. More than 750 million MJ's five albums were bought by millions around the world during his lifetime, and millions still continue to buy more ablums since MJ passed away on Wedneday 25 June 2009 in Los Angeles. He debuted on the professional music scene at the age of eleven as a member of "The Jackson 5" and began a solo career in 1971 while still a member of the group.

Guys does anyone know the company name who made the special tickets. I saw an article stating on the morning MJ died that they were proud to be the guys making tickets for MJ's WORLD TOUR! The article and the company name isn't anywhere. It proves that AEG said he agreed to 50 and they were still adding more. So even if MJ did they were still lying.
