It's a good version but the music drowned some of the dialogue out, luckily i previously read it and understood it.

funny how his tunic fits her like it was made for her.

It's a good film and music score, but it strays away and is inaccurate to Thomas Hardy's original story.
The 1973 one was the best and true version, starring a young Ben Cross as Singer.
