Lucrative isn't the word I'd use but it'd at least allow me to earn a livable wage. I'm struggling right now and I live very frugally, I couldn't even imagine how it'd be with a wife or kids.

Look for a local Farmers Market. You should find grass feed beef there and not have to buy a whole cow.
