Hi brad. I like your delivery on the video, but at 5:13 I saw your legs and if your pushing 100kg on the bench bar, you should have done something with the legs by now. They're a real let down for you for sure. I personally don't do the pec dec flys because I think they're a shaping exercise, when both you and I need depth of muscle first. I got back into the gym after a 17 year layoff and after five months, I'm pushing the same weights as the video...nearly. The leg workouts will deliver GH
