I applaud you for being so calm. Your voice tone stayed the same no matter how upset he became. I too have a 2-1/2 year old son with autism. So far he has only had full melt downs twice, but they are difficult & alarming to our other kids. I appreciate your willingness to share this with the world. Many families try to hide autism as if its shameful, but I think that's wrong. Just as Temple Grandin said, these kids are "different, NOT less!" Your son is lucky to have a momma like you!
