In 2006 I was working on my debut album "Multiplicity" with 320 Recordings out of Los Angeles. The album never materialized but there are a few gems left over from the "Multiplicity" sessions such as this one. "Look Back" is a song about well... looking back at Hip Hop's 'Golden Era' when lyrics meant something and creativity and individuality were valued above all else in Rap Music. We can learn a lot from the artists in Hip Hop's past who "took this street-music from the gutter to the stratosphere". Enjoy.
*There are a few curse words in the song used to convey a point I felt couldn't have been conveyed as clearly had they not been included at the time. If this were recorded today I would have found another way but it is what it is. I mention this as a heads-up for sensitive ears.
