Far Cry 2 Benchmark Run 1680x1050.UltraHigh.DX10 (8800GT Stock)

This benchmark was to show the stock of the 8800GT video card (not overclocked).
Once I get the 9800GT and Sli both, I will do another benchmark.

Settings: Demo(Ranch Small), 1680x1050 (59Hz), D3D10, Fixed Time Step(No), Disable Artificial Intelligence(No), Full Screen, Anti-Aliasing(None), VSync(No), Overall Quality(Custom), Vegetation(Very High), Shading(Ultra High), Terrain(Ultra High), Geometry(Ultra High), Post FX(High), Texture(Ultra High), Shadow(Ultra High), Ambient(High), Hdr(Yes), Bloom(Yes), Fire(Very High), Physics(Very High), RealTrees(Very High)

Loop 1: * Total Frames: 772, Total Time: 51.05s * Average Framerate: 15.12 * Max. Framerate: 33.43 (Frame:0, 0.03s) * Min. Framerate: 8.81 (Frame:356, 21.01s)

Loop 2: * Total Frames: 832, Total Time: 51.01s * Average Framerate: 16.31 * Max. Framerate: 28.06 (Frame:803, 49.91s) * Min. Framerate: 9.38 (Frame:269, 15.15s)

Why dont you get another 8800gt and do sli?

They don't sell 8800Gt's anymore. I would have to get a 9800 to Sli both, and also a new power supply.

A 500watt. I am ordering a new 700watt one and also a Antec Twelve Hundred Black Steel ATX Full Tower case around this week. Then overclock the video card further.

Same, thats what im gonna do, im buying a new 780i SLi motherboard, a new Cooler Master 850 Watt PSU and a 2nd EVGA 9800GT SuperClocked Edition for Sli. Its a HUGE boost in performance.
