I really had fun watching this show, especially the dance segment when he would let each person get up and freestyle. If I remember, I think he pulled them up let them do their one minute of fame and shove them off. I sometimes wonder if they anyone would stumble would they come back and sue? Nah......not in them days. Those crazy kids were there for the moment.

I can't believe I just found this clip and I've looked a lot over the years. I Produced and Directed the RDS Show from the inception until Larry Thomas took over toward the end of the show's run. Happy to share thoughts with others. God how i loved Lola who was the only straight (not sexually) one among all of us. Cheers! We had a seriously good time doing this show.

@LadyOfTheLakeLA I used to love watching this show. I was too young for my mom to let me go to a place like that so I would dance in front of the TV set in my makeshift glitter/glam outfit and fruity toed platform shoes. It was fun but I bet it was a lot more fun to be on the show.
