@shininglamb I am totally agree with you. It was happened in past and still happening that some extremist mislead the innocent people in the name of religion just to achieve their own agenda.

The Islamic scholars have always condemned any act of terrorism. I must refer you to the recent "Fatwa against Terrorism" issued by Dr Qadri. Its available on youtube and worth viewing.

The problem is when killing innocent people, Including Muslims too in the name of religion, by extremists Muslims. Christians,for ex crusades also killed people in the name of religion in 10th century.But now look, Christians consider crusaders as the most foolish people and now like Christians every wants from moderate Muslims are just to stand up their voice against extremist instead of accusing other religions.

There is difference between killing war and killing in the name of religion. During the first world war , Turkey killed millions of Armenians, but no body says Muslim was a terrorist then.Because those things are not related with religion similar with Iraq, Afghan, Vietnam and no body condemn the attack by Muslims against western forces.

@ibneraza and the BIGGEST difference in our faith is that when Christians see that other people ARE doing wrong in the name of their God, they do all they can to prevent/repair the damage.. the holocaust was started by people who thought they were doing God's will, but it was also stopped by what you would have seen to be Christians.
