I don't see Maria... By Maria, do they mean she's in a cage? Because in the upper left corner, I do sort of see a silhoutte in a cage... sort of <.< And she was caged in the game, in her monster form and when she was killed by pyramid heads for the last time.
If it's not Maria in a cage though, then I don't see Maria at all.

LOL at the end, you can see the flauros, the flashlight, radio and health drink from SH 1, James hiding, Maria at the left, and the "dog house" sign from sh 1.And the dog, from SH 2.. shit .. it's a lot of references ..
