MAVERICK VALOR DUET - AGES 8 & 11 - ACAPELLA 2011

Maverick Valor consists of two young brothers, ages 8 and 11, who sing & create melodies & memories. On Christmas morning 2011, they sang this song in remembrance of their past principal who lost her battle to cancer this last year. This song was chosen by the principal as the school anthem song before her passing. The boys wanted to create something for prosperity purposes, to remember this beautiful Christian woman by and her strong faith which she passed down to all those she inspired with her ambitious spirit and Christian teachings so uncommon in today's society.

Please remember this song is not a professional recording or performance, but rather is sung from the young hearts and voices in natural acapella form from their 'living room' performance on a little singing machine the children received as a gift on Christmas morning. As the boys Great Oz, I wanted to share this intimate and special moment with others who have lost a loved one to cancer or other life threatening disease or ailments, and to know that faith is sometimes all we have to lean on. And it is our faith, that can change the world.

Word of mouth brought me to this video - and I can only say these young boys have a blessed future ahead.  Such a beautifully touching song they sing, and I know it is really hard singing on key without any instrumentals to keep you in pitch, but you guys have lovely pitch and adorable heartwarming resonance in your vocals.
