@MaximusCerberus people buy the cheapest shittiest entry level pc they can find from some giant electrical retailer(still probably higher spec than most macs), then get there friends pirated version of windows and cant run any updates (security patches, bug fixes, compatibility issues) then they install some shit free antivirus e.g avg that doesnt even have a real time scanner. Then complain about how crap windows is.

I understood the windows one, though the 'doc' for the mac being [application-centric] still confuses me on what that means, or how it gets done what it's meant to get done.

Do || Windows 7 & Snow Leopard || again, now that Windows 7 has been out long enough for it's impact to be felt on most to all programs that's ran on it.

@chromatic1976 yep. thumbs up for you, my friend.
What's || Application Driven || in terms of the doc?

@Kerns0Phoegon the UI is application-centric, look at the menu bar in how each app is shall we see single focus to it for the entire OS vs Windows being that the window holds all truths for the application. I guess, screen vs window makes more sense.

Does Windows 7 get good reviews because its being compared against Vista, which was a huge disaster?

@andersonevans no because it delivers most of what it promises, at least it has for me and many i know.
