Michael, this is a great video, the best one I've seen yet where someone is using Advocare products. I'm going to be starting the 24 day challenge the first of November. I know it is a decision to lose weight, that was you when you drew the line. I need to lose about 60 pounds to be at 190 so really 70 to 75 would be better, that would put me at 175 to 180. I was 185 when I got married 27 years ago.

Great job Michael! My wife, twin daughters, & I just started the Advocare 24-day Challenge last Saturday (6 days ago) and we have already lost 33 pounds as a group! Feeling so much healthier already. I was a huge skeptic going into this, but Advocare is for real. Take care of your body and your body will take care of you. My younger 3 kids are also benefiting from the healthier lifestyle of their 4 older role models. We plan to begin P90X soon. Cheers from Fairbank, IA!
