When placing the hall sensor at the perfect spot, one of the driving coils starts singing. The spikes are being induced to all the other coils it seems. Powerful spikes. I am also getting a decent output, can fill a 47k µF cap up to 28V. Input voltage is below 16V.

In another test this could be tuned to 28V with a load connected and even better speed. But tuning is very difficult. The perfect hall sensor spot is very small.

  • Have you placed the Hall switch above your coil? Can you describe more detail of your work? Thanks!

  • @elias721 The hall is about centered to the coil and touches the edge. You will hear a high frequency beep like a bird singing.
