Interesting that I saw this today. Never had a stretching routine before - just did it whenever I remembered, before or after, and never noticed if I was lifting more or less - but I did stretch my back for a while the other day before pull-ups, and didn't do as many as I'd hoped. Will pay more attention to this in the future.

Good stuff, finally people who know their shit. What I like to do before my warm up sets is to spend 2-3 mins on the cycle, just to get my heart rate up to about 130bpm. Nothing to intense but something to get my blood flowing.
Just out of curiosity, which one of you would win in a fight & when was the last time u fought? If I was to guess it'd be the brother on the left
