BuzzMachine power blogger Jeff Jarvis offered his perspective on companies who want to get on board the online video train at the PaidContent mixer last week, but cautioned that companies need to change their approach to interacting with customers and recognize that the shoe is on the other foot so to speak.
New media is taking the old adage of 'the customer is always right' to new levels. Jeff cited a negative experience with Dell that he blogged about, and then other unhappy Dell customers joined the brouhaha and compelled Dell to respond. The transparency that new media creates in the hands of customers can be a death knell for companies, but it can also be an opportunity for companies to talk
Opiniones de Jeff Jarvis (Recomiendo su blog Buzz Machine) sobre el Caso Dell (Dell Hell). Otro caso de crisis corporativa que afecto a los accionistas de Hell por sus enormes repercusiones.

A Great Video !
Its true, companies are going to have to start making good products using things like, well... you know.... "Good Workmanship"... and stuff like... Oh yeah, I almost forgot, "Quality Parts".
This means, less of the plastic crap and cheap rubbish which keeps going wrong... its not about turnover any more, its about PROVIDING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH GOOD, WELL MADE, QUALITY PRODUCTS... so that YOUR customers will at least, have something positive to say about you and your company

See but the problem is they also give millions to our government in contributions who then do their bidding.
So, they still win.
We still loose...

Too right - DELL , YOU PLAYED SOME REAL RETARDED HANDS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never buy from you on with seeing of another's experience. That besides, crap hardware integration and whatever else you had to stuff up software wise to complete the vague picture of the computer experience. Up yours, fall over, justice served.
