Me Irish Dancing

Yup, i'm an irish dancer.
Been doing it for over 11 years now.

I compete in a lot of national competitions around the UK and some international competitions.

In April, i'm heading over to Belfast to compete in the World Championships! :D

I've been three times since then :) Think the best I managed was 23rd out of 37, which I'm still pretty happy with, heh.

I do still dance but not too often now, and I don't really compete any more. I just do displays now and again, but I don't intend on stopping anytime soon. :)

I really like the sound the shoes make on this floor-and very nice rhythm :) This is the kind of floor I'd like to be able to practice on.

The actual building was a bit of a wreck, but the floor was better than any stage I've been on so far! :P

Unfortunately that building was demolished last year though so we're practising somewhere else now.
