@faceswithin Depends what you mean by "child rape", a 19-year-old having consensual sex with a 17-year-old or a 35-year-old molesting a 5-year-old? There is a huge difference, but the corrupted registry lists both types of offenders as "sexual assault of a minor". Factually, only about 5% of sex offenders re-offend and many are non-violent offenders (even public urination is a sex offense). It's obvious the laws need reform so the government will stop wasting tax dollars on the wrong people.
