Skimboarding @ IJmuiderstrand.
Compared to my previous video I can happily conclude Ive got a lot better. But Im always trying to improve more and more. For this summer I bought an Exile fiberglass skimboard which Ill show off for the first time at the end of this movie and I will be using it the whole time in the next movie.
Hope you like this video.
This is my 2nd year skimboarding so dont flame me for lack of super special tricks :) My m8 is a lot better, he taught me everything also.

Yes, you push the board a bit harder forward so you land behind it and can accelerate and jump up again.

ik skim zelf ook op het strand van ijmuiden.
maar ik kom nooit zo ver als jullie op mijn houten board...

@MaartenMulder94 Dit zijn ook gewoon houten boards die we toen nog gebruikten. Je moet zorgen dat je board goed in verhouden met je gewicht is, en het ene is ook beter als het andere. Hij moet goed plat zijn, punt beetje omhoog, en zorgen voor zo min mogelijk weerstand in het water en zo hard mogelijk rennen. En naar voren springen zodat je minder hard omlaag op het board drukt. Of eigenlijk erop stappen ipv springen maar dat is lastig in het begin.

Heb nu een fiberglass skimboard van 350 euro uit de V.S laten importeren (Merk: Exile).
Ik maak een nieuwe film na de zomer
