@SAGMAU LOL you actually didn't get it. When he said "meethe main kya hai?" They smiled because that is also the same as they had yesterday; Cadbury choc! So, the ad is to say that roz roz kuch naya khana chahiye but meethe main always cadbury. Hope it helps you lol!
