you can still get an Electra glide standard. Harley still makes it in the police version. I got lucky and got a 2011 brand new that was ordered extra and not leased. They are out there , you just got to shop around.

@G5jive I agree, I own the same bike as pictured here. I had it shipped from Arizona to CT, after finding out that Harley would drop this model from the lineup. Harley wanted to focus on sales of the "Street Glide" and found that the Standard was taking away from it's sales.

That is a beauty. The standard is totally the way to go. I paid WAY too much for an Ultra, and then stripped off all the junk I just paid for.Mistake. That is an exceptional ride. Enjoy.
