In the middle of a deload today, but felt good so we went in and just did what we felt like. Highlights are:
225 x 13 Bench
90 lbs x 1 Chin Ups
BW x 20 Chin Ups
BW + 2 Chains x 36 Pushups
We also hit Kroc rows, swiss bar extensions with chains and some wrist roller.
bra, it's only 13 reps.. sick shit though, brads penis bulge is a true indication of what natural training is all about!!
