In a few days, we are going to celebrate El eid, I'am taking advantage of this opportunity to present to you these cookies made of coconut flakes and semolina which reminds me of the atmosphere of El eid in Morocco. /

After the eggs You put te sugar But is it the powdered sugar or....? Also that's the 400 gr powdered sugar right? then when you make round balls, you just took some extra powdered sugar or is it the powder sugar form the 400 gr? I hope I'm not too complicated But hopefully you could answer today or tomorrow bcuz I want to make them for Eid!! Thankyouu!!!

It's hard to say, I just added semolina until I got a soft dough.

You are welcome, Morocco is not very far from Texas, it's only in North Africa (lol).
