No, our current Navy flag is "Андреевский Флаг". Soviet navy flag is with hammer and sickle and the Red Star.

That is Russia's Naval flag. Not the Soviet Naval Flag.

No, it is a cruiser. We still wait 6 new aircraft carriers. Then our fleet will have 7 aircraft carriers, they are necessary for protection of Russian North Pole.
