I did the lineart and the coloring in paint tool sai. Then I exported the clips into sony vegas movie maker

umi have photoshop and corel painter... but i'm only a beginner at these programs and don't understand it alot do you think i should use the corel painter (which is alot like paint tool sai with layers and stuff...) or should i use ms paint which i know better...
