That "Rain Protector" is a stone bag which attaches to all three legs. You place heavy-ish items to weigh the tripod down and add stability.

Weet je onderhand al waar die "regencover" voor is?
je moet het bevestigen tussen de poten van het statief, en dan kun je er stenen/gewichten in leggen, dat geeft extra stabiliteit.

The height of the tripod with a fully extended center tube is almost 2 meters.
