  • when you've had it your whole life it's hard for it to become a problem. I'm a synesthete. Please don't kill me

  • @JBieberFanLuv The two boys each have a different kind of synaesthesia... the one on the floor is smelling records and saying what color they smell like (so he perceives smells as colors), and the one with the headphones is 'listening' to the different foods (he perceives taste as sound). The stuff with the giant speakers shows how sound can be perceived as different colors, shapes or textures. It's a pretty fascinating condition, especially to live with. :)

  • FANTASTIC. The video creation is superb. I do not have that condition, but I am sympathetic to those who have it and I'm in total admiration at this interpretation. Good work. thank you.

  • im a synesthete, i have the type were i see music in a kaleidoscopic way, and months and time float around my world, also i see numbers and letters with colors, it never becomes a problem. But this stuff is really funny to me

  • @TheWarnerSister the whole family has it, the mother tastes words, and the father sees sounds

  • That's crazy! This video has the same title as my new album, Synesthesia. This awesome video Terri made visually expresses all the concepts of this condition. You can download the title track for free at my website.

  • at 2:15 he's listening to katy perry

  • anal beads at 1:31

  • @YBBALOL What is it like?

  • Ahhh asians...

  • Hm...sometimes I relate a color to a taste, or an idea to a smell. I'll smell something, like say a Playstation, and say it tastes and smells like purple.

  • up to the moment when I became aware of it I haven't had any troubles or problems with it. everything was normal for me, and I embraced my gift afterwards.

    now I can't imagine the world/life without music :)
