@type2mike most sushi restaurants use color coded plates. the colored plates correspond to a set price for that particular color.

yes. this shop is the cheapest. 105Yen/plate. At the end waiter will count the plates. Since this restaurant is located at one of the most busy area in Tokyo called Shibuya so you have to take around 7 plates in 20 mins :).
