That's actually a 1969 Charger by looking at the bodystyle and the 1969 tag in front. Final year for Dodge White Hat Specials was 1970.

The only classic Chargers are the '68's and the '69's. Even the '70's, which virtually had the same body as the two previous ones, lost something intangible.
The body change to the '71 took away some of the car's toughness, the elimination of the R/T model starting in '72 accelerated the decline and the introduction of the '75 "Cordoba" Charger was the death knell. Sad story.
