I wonder if the design of the Host in 'Voyage of the Damned' was an homage to the robots of this episode. I didn't see it at the time, but the similarity in face seems to suggest so.

Well dreams I enjoyed, I had one dream when this Voc was walking after me in some fancy show room furniture gallery . I was only a kid, so could hide under beds, tables, and stuff. Like hide and seek and I ditched him.
