One part of optimization is in making sure that your accounting data is properly stored. Backing up data is not just a matter of having the IT department run a tape backup. Backing up accounting data involves proper archiving in case of audit, proper sizing and database management to avoid data locks and crashes. We are able to perform restorations, and implement procedures that return data to a usable state. In addition, archived data can require old technology to return data and the application to a usable state.

Another example of accounting optimization would be, how do I produce billing or invoices for Deltek, Ajera, or Bill Quick, in order to meet the contract or clients need or request. We know how to make software work in order to get the value from it.
