I have something to say concerning blind people and their eyes. Okay, so my sister is blind, and her eyes look perfectly normal. The reason is because she was not born blind, and because the reason for her blindness had nothing to do with the exterior (I.E. Pupil, iris, ect) of her eye. So, not all blind people's eyes look like toph's as is generally assumed :P

@WaterbenderKatara22 hey, iv also met a girl who is half blind, if i remember right her eyes were not completely normal but were not lik Toph's either. I can't remember if she was born that way or not so i cant compair that but i would never assume things lik that =) but thanks for sharing that, i dont kno why but i just lik that u can share something lik that with us =)

its not a problem. honestly, i forget she's blind sometimes, she does SO much. she's 26, in her 4th year of the PHD program, double black diamond skis, scuba dives, sky dives, you name it. She's really amazing, and an inspiration to everyone who knows her. I am always glad to share her story with people :)

@WaterbenderKatara22 I know your comment is old but doesn't the colour of the iris depend of the DNA that controls the colour of it? And it could be just coincidence that a white iris is connected to blindness.

Also about her blindness, in the future we may have the technology to make blind people see again, so far blind people are only able to see blurry bits of light. And good for her being strong and continuing to have fun and not letting it get her down.
