i seen a ufo over sth mcr 1978,clear day at 2pm ish,saucer shaped orange glow around its outer diameter spinning anti clockwise,of around 30-40 meters,port hole black windows abt 12 feet apart ,it was silver in colour,it hoverd over me and my dad for around a minute,it made a pulsating humming noise and took off at mental speed,it wasnt from this earth thats all i know,can u search archives for any sightings around summer 1978 in mcr and if so how.

No they were not fireworks, they were there for about 15min, to close together for helicopters and didn't look anything like chinese lanterns

I just saw 4 strange lights in the sky around 515pm yesterday. They were silent, I managed to get it on my camera. Will upload later.

I'm from lancishire and on new years eve (midnight) i saw some of these, the looked wight through my camera but they were flashing red. There were about 5 of them together and 3 in a triangle formation to the left.

i saw five bright lights on christmas day then i saw one of them tonight flying over my house in preston

i'm from Rossendale, Lancashire and i saw exactly the same thing on Jauary 1st 2009 - only it was glowing orange. Watched it for 15 mins, then it shot-off at about a million miles an hour.

That would have creeped me out. It looks like it might be the same thing as they spotted in Turkey, the one that was in the press - there are some good videos of it on youtube.

wow me and my gf saw the same thing on the 13 around 4.00am.like u see here.but then it went up in the cloud.same lites as an ambulance.
