@Moon27 It was The Wall. Alex Lifeson would meet David Gilmour in Toronto in 2006 during Gilmour's On an Island series of US/Canadian shows at Massey Hall. David told Alex that the best way to write music is to just use an acoustic guitar and let ideas flow. Alex thanked Gilmour on the Snakes and Arrows liner notes. Also on Behind the Lighted Stage they admitted to being Pink Floyd and Genesis. I'm a fan of all three of those bands.
