Listen to the lyrics for the first two minutes and imagine the girl is actually the ship itself and the lighthouse keeper admires her for hours from when he first see the lights in the horizon.
(Take away the "new years eve, night on the town" sentence in the start and the "broke my bones and mauled me.)
This is what I first thought the song was about.

Why does this video only have 87.000 views?? This has to be the most epic song ever made. People should really listen to the lyrics in this song... it`s pure art.
