How fast can these go if you remove all safety devices?

Just depends on what kind of mod's you do, but just removing the governor, you can get about 15 mph out of it. Changing the gears and a few other minor changes can get you close to 18-19mph.

Yes, they have a governor on them to limit to 8 mph. We have since removed it and he's racing MI regional snocross for stock 120's.
