you can not be forced to sign anything! no other charges should be filed against you but you will be detained and post bond but you still cannot be forced to sign that or any other contract against your will and if you are threatened to obtain your signature or told there will be repercussions then the contract is invalid and knowing that you can not legally sign it at that point. If you have the time to play the game never sign shit and grind the system to a halt weather you are guilty or not.

Under GA law if you dont sign the citation you have to post a cash bond in lue of signature.

You weren't charged with any additional crime, just the ticket.

First off if you would have been obeying the law you wouldn't have gotten a ticket, and then if you would of just signed it you wouldn't have gone to jail.
