wants nothing to do with the business, the first partners wants to sell as it's not economically worthwhile for the business - the wife dosen't want to sell and wants exclusive use of 1 floor of the property - can she enforce those rights?????
I was wondering if you could help me with this scenario:
What happens when two business partners buy a property for business purposes, but one of the partners has a wife. The business partners + the wife decide that one of the partners has a 50% share of the beneficial interest, holding as tenants in common with the other partner and his wife - but the 2nd partner and his wife hold thier 50% as joint tenants together...the 2nd partner dies - what should the first partner do if the wife....
If they are married it is Teants by the entirty. Sorry your wrong!

BASICALLY THIS:
A + B + C = Tenants in common
B + C = Joint tenants
B = Dies
C = Recieves his share 50%
C = wants to impose rights on A
What should A do? Can C have exclusive use of 1 floor?
