Po/Opo are used to respond to people older than you, higher in rank or those with authority.

Oo = Yes

Opo = Polite Yes

Hindi = No

Hindi po = Polite No

You can also use it when talking to people of your age or younger if you want to sound cute or sweet.

Po/Opo can also be used in sarcasm.
