S Cyngar's Church in Llangefni house one of the two ringable sets of bells on Anglesea (the other being Beaumaris). The tower contains 3 bells (6cwt) by William Blews & Sons of 1869 in Db, they were at some point fairly recently hung on modern fittings by Eayre & Smith. They have a long draught but go well. An interesting and unusual sounding set but you get used to them when you ring there on a week;y basis. Currently there is a practice night on Tuesday evenings from 7-8pm if you fancy having a go.
