@leon323 my friend, i'm not sure i quite understand your question.

I'm new to comics so should I hut the first print of all the 7 stories I plan to follow or is it not that big of a deal and just keep buying the reprints ?

@holseyd As far as the reader & the characters knew until the reveal, it *was* their first mission. And they got caught. That doesn't say much for the team's chances at accomplishing anything. It's a poor way to introduce a team that you want the reader to think "Wow, these people can do anything." and it doesn't do justice to someone like Deadshot. If I was Waller, would I really want to send these people out to do jobs that others can't or won't do? As for the art, I really wasn't impressed.
dammit, what's that song?

i don't know what to tell you about this mission aspect of the story we can't seem to see eye to eye on. i mean the "guy" they were supposed to get turned out to be a dummy rigged with a bomb and after they were all unconscious they found themselves being interrogated by what turned out to be Waller. anyways, what can i say you didn't like anything about it (apparently your not the only one) and i found things about it i did like so far. this isn't gonna ruin your weekend is it?

Good review, but I'm not sold on this issue. Amateur artwork & lackluster story telling. My one major gripe - if this group is supposed to take on missions that are near impossible, what does it say when they get captured on their first "mission"? It's one thing to send in people whose lives are expendable, but one important detail is sending in people who might actually accomplish the mission. So far, this team should be called the Incompetents.

@Dreadpirate46 but that wasn't a real mission. it was just a set up to make them think they were captured and being tortured for info. on Waller and Task Force X to see which one of em would break. of course the whole thing from start to finish was conducted and probably thought up of by Waller herself. i don't think you can make the case for them being incompetent or for the story to be mediocre. and as for the art are you sure we're talking about the same book?
