@sirmorcock If the streetcar has a dead horn but continues to have the gong working can they still operate them, or do they do the same thing as they put it out of service?

There are many times when a streetcar goes "disabled" and can not move on its own power. When this happens, a good vehicle is coupled to the disabled vehicle, in doing so, the bad streetcar gets out of the way and service can continue.
