WE HAD THE CAR FOR A WEEK WE CALLED TO MAKE A PAYMENT THEY WOULD NOT TAKE A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE ON THE DUE DATE.THERE WAS NO WAY TO GET THERE WHEN WE HAVE TO WORK WE WAS ABLE TO GET THERE THE NEXT DAY WITH CASH THEY DECIDED THAT SINCE WE DID NOT GET THERE ON THE DUE DATE.THEY WANTED TO REPO THE CAR.I WAS NOT GOING TO LET THAT HAPPEN SINCE WE WAS THERE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT.SO THEY CALLED THE POLICE WHEN I DROVE OFF AND SAID I HIT TWO OF THE EMPLOYEES WITH THE VAN WELL THE VIDEO SHOWS THAT WAS A LIE. SO NOW IM TAKEING THEM TO COURT FOR FILEING A FALSE POLICE REPORT.THIS IS THE JD BYRIDER IN FAIRFIELD OHIO DIXIE HWY

I would like to know what happened prior to this. I'm sure there's a reason the company wouldn't accept your money. All we get to see is one side of the argument.

we called on the due date with a credit card because it was the first payment they would not take the payment over the phone there was no way to get there in person we do have jobs how ever we did get there the next day with cash. but because it was past the due date now they wanted the car back and out of the contract. The big deal is they went as far to call the police and made a false report that i hit two of the employees with the car.im glad i had a camra or i would be in jail

If they wouldn't accept your payment it is because you were technically in default and they were ready for whatever reason that we don't know, to be finished with the relationship. Only one side of the story. Why in the world would they want to not accept the payment if there wasn't more to it? As for the quality of the cars. They sell the same cars every other used car lot is selling but they give a warranty longer than any other used car lot.

Its always a good practice to plan for making those payments I worked for them for 4yrs and I dont agree on everything but I can say The rules are spelled out from the initial interview and video taped. Do I condone this behavior Hell No! but as an employee you have to at leats attempt to enforce the rules. What I have found out is that if you CLEARLY explain the actions and reactions to those actions customers will respect that IF! they decide to close on a loan.

I went to JD Byrider in Evansville In. and I have had no probs with payments they do auto withdraw every month from my debit card the car I got is good with lower mileage. Im sorry u had a bad experience but not all Byriders are the same. good luck and dont let one shit hole turn u away from all.

PLEASE RESEARCH COMPANIES PRIOR TO DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! CHECK THEIR BBB RATING, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, AS WELL AS THE ATTORNEY GENERAL REPORTS REGARIDING THIS COMPANY (AND OTHERS). INTERESTING HOW THEIR IS "PROTECTIVE GLASS" WHERE PAYMENTS ARE MADE, AND THEY DO NOT SHOW THIS ROOM TO YOU UNTIL AFTER YOU PAY(HMMMMMMM) AS WELL AS, ALL PEOPLE WHO GO THERE DO NOT HAVE BAD CREDIT, SOME ARE JUST MISLED. INDIVIDUALS SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF BEING INFORMED. #KARMA
