You have a nice voice, but you need a backing track to get maximum effect. Also, better recording equipment would help. Good job for an a capella effort with rudimentary audio equipment.

I checked out a couple of Amy's videos and she has a really nice voice. Good songwriter, too (I'm assuming she writes her own material?). I'm looking forward to hearing your 'Blue Skies' and anything else you post. Did you get a chance to check out the Billie Holiday vid I sent? It was filmed near the end of her life, so her voice was a bit frayed and not at it's peak but what a tearjerker performance! There are parts where it seems as if she is about to break into tears herself. Very moving.

I'm really glad you enjoyed it! Amy Kuney is one of my favorite artists ever, and among young singers, she's probably the best around! I definitely recommend checking out her YouTube videos and her album, Bird's Eye View. I listen to that thing pretty much all the time!
