  • I got a cramp today running a 5k.I was in 7th place but I cramped up an lost 4 minutes off my time.

  • Sheesh, you're talking about "Side-cramps", like from eating OR drinking fluids and than running WITHOUT resting. JUST WALK IT OFF, so simple. As for Ab/Belly cramps, BIGGER DIFFERENCE, It's like the more you breathe regular or hard, the more you feel like you're actually gonna die OR that someone's slamming your belly with a baseball bat at a full-striking swing!!!

  • ive had pain by my chest for like 38 hours i have not had a sleep since i dont think its cramp but it realy hurts i cant sleep i keep falling i dont have a clue what it is
