According to Byzantium records Illyrians are also called Arvanites(greek) Albanesi(latin) Arnavutlu(osman empire) Arbërë or Shqiptarë(Illyrian) those are historical facts if you don't accept the historical facts then there is no point on debating about Arvanites.

By the way the term arvanites first appeared at book "alexiada" from abyzantine prioncess anna komnini. Have you ever read this book? From where are your sources except maybe some thrash sites?
