  • I have only read "In the Shadow of the Sun" written in the 50's.

    I now live in Africa and can relate today almost wholly to the Africa Kapucinski portrayed ans this is nearly 50 years on.

    He reads between the lines, lines often blurred by a logic not ever present in Africa as in Europe.

  • My mon interviewed him in the 90s. She told me he was a really great man with fire in his eyes. Love his books, I hope he wont be forgotten.
